Assistant ManagerAs Assistant Department Manager it is your role to support the Department
Manger to ensure that the whole team are focussed on driving sales, driving Operational standards, ensuring brand compliance and to support the Manager to develop the team and to deliver budgeted profit. You will be part of the site management team and be involved in a range of
management duties as delegated to you by your Manger. This will include, undertaking interviews , monitoring staffing levels on a day to day basis and delivering training to your teams. Involved in all aspects of communication within your team you will get involved in team briefings and appraisals. Working with the Department Manager to actively encourage the team to drive
sales and to monitor costs as directed. To work with the team to sell up where ever possible and through practical steps to help drive average spend for the unit. To be responsible for ensuring that all basic cost controls are in place. You will need to ensure that all supervisors and team members in the
departments are aware of the required brand standards at all time and to monitor day to day operating performance. All of our managers will champion customer service, create a culture of
