I have taken part in many development courses offered by Moto that have supported me and given me the knowledge I required to assist my development. I have also completed external courses like ILM and intermediate Health & Safety that was supported by Moto, which was great and resulted in me gaining external qualifications! Now I am currently on a new development Programme called Ascent which will hopefully help me reach my next step. I have been recognised by Moto for a number of achievements like Burger King of the Quarter and Retail unit of the Quarter. These were very proud moments for me and my teams. Starting with Moto was the best thing I ever did, it was never my plan to have a career with Moto however, the opportunities that were available were just too good and too exciting to turn down. I have gained lots of experience working in different departments. I have worked in Burger King, Esso and WH Smith, but I have also been involved in other departments such as our own restaurant offer and in Administration. I have worked at two different sites but as well as this I have had the opportunities to be able to help and support other sites all over the country. This has also allowed me the opportunity to be able to work with a number of different people and teams which has definitely helped me to grow in my role and my knowledge. I enjoy every day within my role and no two days are ever the same! I am very happy with my career so progress so far and believe Moto will help me take it even further!
