I joined Moto at the start of 2006 as a Burger King Crew Member at the site on the M4 near Reading. With the excellent in house training and support, upon the completion of my Basic Management Training course I was quickly promoted to the role of Shift Manager. Just over a year after joining Moto I was equipped with the skills to move into my first management position. I was appointed as Assistant Manager at Reading. I then got fully involved in all areas of running the business. My role covered the implementation and management of a brand, numerous personnel based skills and how to keep a business in good financial health.

I graduated from the University of Lublin in Poland with a Masters in Chemistry in 1994 and then spent 5 years working as a beer producer at the Hetman Brewery in Poland. My next role saw me working in Italy for several years at the L’Angolo Verde restaurant before I moved to England and joined Moto.

At the beginning of this year I was successfully promoted to Burger King Department Manager at Moto’s newest and the UKs greenest motorway service area at Wetherby. I am really looking forward to my new role with my own team of staff and managers and the profit responsibility for a £400,000 a year business. As you can see Moto can give you many opportunities!
