EDC Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Department Manager in our own branded Eat & Drink Co Restaurant at our Wetherby Services, located A1(M) junction 46. Working with the Department Manager, you will create a culture of service and sales, inspiring your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

As a member of the management team, you are responsible for motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results.  And because every day and every customer is different, whether family, business person or truck driver, it’s important you enjoy and thrive on diversity. 

Employed by Moto, you will work closely with the site management team, along with our Head Office Support Functions.  Ambitious and unfazed by targets, you will have proven experience of supervising and motivating a team in a catering environment.  In return we’ll give you all the training and support you need, plus great benefits and exceptional career opportunities able too progress across different sites and into different brands.
