Working with Moto as WHSmiths Retail Manager at our Reading East Services, located M4 junction 11/12, you will create a culture of service and sales, inspiring your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

As Retail Manager you are responsible for motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results.  And because every day and every customer is different, whether family, business person or truck driver, it’s important you enjoy and thrive on diversity.
