Forecourt Department Manager (Maternity Cover)

Working with Moto as Forecourt Department Manager at our Reading West Services, located M4 junction 11/12, you will create a culture of service and sales, inspiring your team to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

As Forecourt Manager you are responsible for motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results.  And because every day and every customer is different, whether family, business person or truck driver, it’s important you enjoy and thrive on diversity. 

Employed by Moto, you will report to the site General Manager and will work closely with the site management team, along with our Head Office Support Functions.  Ambitious and unfazed by targets, you will have proven experience of managing and motivating a team in a catering environment.  In return we’ll give you all the training and support you need, plus great benefits, including the opportunity to earn up to £6k OTE and exceptional career opportunities able too progress across different sites and into different brands.
